This installer can both install/uninstall Flash.
It does so by registering a distributed Flash.ocx to Windows
Think of it as a semi-portable Flash Library.
Many PC's will not be able to delete the file,
this program explains how to do so & will remove the other
installed information such as registry changes.
Some PC's may be able to delete the file
in which case this program will attempt to do before prompting you to use the other.
