Uhh, You can't "change the packets sent to the server" because:
1: The packets are encrypted
2: It checks client side first to see if the packet you sent to the server is what your actually doing,and then checks server sided
Just for everyone to know: Runescape is partly client sided too, it's just the client is hosted on there server, and isn't open source hence why noone can make any hacks for it. If you could download the client to your computer, and run runescape that way,there are plenty more hacks that people could make. That's why rs2 is so much better than rsc, for the simple fact that the client source code didn't get realeased.

as much as id love to say your right and its not hackable (i think thats what your trying to say anyway) runescape is not "unhackable". any game in the world is hackable from adventure quest (if you play your gay) to world of warcraft (<<nerd game). i alos know first hand that runescape is hackable cus iv done it. took like an hour of memory scaning and editing but i did it. i also have not been banned for it cus once you log out everything that you changed goes back to normal except everything that you did while the memory was edited. (eg. stats from 1-99 would have the effect of a lvl 99 stat for as long as you remain logged in. or giving yourself 1B coins would let you buy phats but once you logged out the cash would be gone but you would still have the phats.)
