Where do I get enhancements from again?

Are awe enhancements the best weapon enhancements you can get? As those are what I have currently, but where do I get armor/gear enhancement scrolls that are level 100, cant find the shop for it, also forgot how to use the loader/grabber on GrimRe to even load shops that have it. Thanks!

you can test ur build by using battle analyzer in game

game menu > shops > enhancements
or /join trainers
