Try Apex Legends, though I'm not sure if they do hardware bans. Also, they have a kernel anti-cheat.
If you want to cheat and not get banned and know a little bit about Cheat Engine, try MapleRoyals (MapleStory private server). The last time I checked (6 months ago(?)), they still didn't run an anti-cheat. I do recommend running these private servers on a virtual machine as there have been cases where these private server clients love to snoop into your files on your computer.

Warzone has a bunch of hackers idk if the hax are free tho
