New Hack?

So today im cwing with my clan, and we play this clan where this person has like a 1hit kill hack. like 1 scar light bullet to any part of your body kills you. then i thought maybe its not a hack and the guy just lags. then i play an all pistol game where some guy uses a colt and 1hit kills everyone while shooting his whole clip in a second. just putting this out there, its probably vip?
