crates and coupons?

are there any tips to winning crates? its not completely random is it? are there certain times or steps to take to increases chances of winning the perm?

also, how do you get coupons besides crates? or is that the only way?

Crates are the only way to get coupons, unless of course Z8Games holds an event giving away coupons. It's completely random, obviously. There are no certain steps.

Oh okay...so there's nothing to increase chances at all? I was talking to someone they were like "the first 10 minutes of the hour is when you should buy today, that is when you'll win"

because it seems when you see the pop ups that people won the gun, they come in bursts. Like you see someone win a thompson, then deagle, then berrata all at the same time you know?
