Failed to connect server

Hey guys i got a problem pls help me
when i was on the login page of crossfire a message will pop up
failed to connect server pls help

turn off your fire wall

am turned off the firewall and the problems continue i try open the ports and restar the pc and when I restore the pc works for a while after about 1 hour I put the game out again, and the problem appears
pls help me!
