He's a murderer, maybe he's not... blah blah what ever. The point is he got caught being involved. Famous people have to follow the same rules everyday assholes like us do. It all comes down to whether or not the prosecution can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he was involved. If he/she can not do so, then yes he'll walk.
