I'm getting the same error. Can't connect to services when capturing, if I disable capturing and get into the main menu, and then re-enable capturing, I can't access the archives. If I enable capturing while in the archives, it kicks me back to the main menu.

How do I fix the problem that whenever Fiddler is open, my internet connection doesn't work? it won't let DBD start
