well, i had verizon dsl.

at first, i downloaded files at an average of 150 kbps.

2 months later, it dropped to 10. -.-

i scanned my p.c. for viruses, spyware, etc. nothing found...

my top dl speed was 900 kbps
though we pay for 8 mbps
