The only way you can do it is if you have a pak bypass (which are paid) and load custom pak files to do what you want, but that will require having or knowing someone that has experience with Unreal Engine.
TL;DR; not possible without paying for a PAK/EAC bypass which is 40 EUR per month which isn't worth what you want it for.
