All you have to do is go to the page you want to see..

And click "View" Then hit source..

God damit what url do i put in the top of the program???

You can't do anything with this code, as it is HTML, which is like saying the page's outside. The inside would be the PHP code stored in the file, which is impossible to obtain remotely, thus, this is useless.
