Problem with messages!

Hello guys, i got PM from other guy, but i cant to answer him, why?

My profile

It's not PM, its called "visitor message"
If you want to contact him, click on his profile and choose to send a PM to him

I think that person needs a certain number of posts before he can receive and send them.
