it takes a lot of time learning C++ and directx coding.

Yeah, you need to learn like 6 months until 2 years. But if you have good knowledge, it will take less than 6 months!

for no menu ye it takes 1 month maby, for D3D u need munch longer

I doubt you can go from absolutely no coding knowledge to making no menu hacks in less than a month.

Let's say 1 month for NoMenu and 3-6 Months for D3D menu
