I've read the help thread and agree to have my account renamed and banned in order to purge it.

ACCOUNT PURGES ARE NOW SELF SERVICE. YOU CAN FIND IT IN THE CONTROL PANEL SECURITY SECTION. WE WILL NO LONGER BE HANDLING ACCOUNT PURGE REQUESTS.
