False Slot Equipping Exploit, how to replicate?

I was browsing forums and came across the following exploit, but it was only saying how to fix this error, and I want to replicate it on my server with friends, what is necessary?

Hi, this exploit is patched on most public server sources. Probably also the one you are playing with your friends. Youll get the following error:
INFO autoban.AutobanFactory - Autoban alert - chr <name> caused PACKET_EDIT-<name> tried to forcibly equip an item.
