I’m trying to understand what the most efficient setup for email marketing would be. I use Instantly for both sending and receiving emails, and I also purchase domains through them ($15 per year), along with inboxes ($5 per inbox, up to five per domain).
I’ve been thinking about whether it would make more sense financially to buy domains on my own and manage email accounts through Google Workspace. I’m also wondering how much time it takes to set everything up properly. My target is to send around 10,000 emails per month, with the option to scale higher later, so I’m focused on finding a structure that keeps costs under control.
Right now, I’m running into a recurring issue. After roughly a month of sending emails, they started landing in spam. The messages are relatively simple and not overly aggressive, but they’re not fully optimized either, since they’re plain text with no HTML. At that point, I end up rotating domains and inboxes.
