read the instructions on texture modding. theres tool at the bottom of the thread for modding. Use them and follow the instructions. Also use that thanks button if I helped

I converted them !
Make sure you ARE using photoshop, and preferably a newer edition. If you are and it's still not working, try downloading DEdit and Paint.net.

just try to understand on how to use paint and make textures with it
Plug-ins for Photoshop, nobody mentioned that, probly the answer
