Help❓ Chronus products

I am aware that epic games is cracking down on this sort of thing and wanted to know if there was a way to circumvent easy anti-cheats detection for something like this?

If thats not possible, how hard are they cracking down on using one of these?

Its a game of cat and mouse, anti cheat is much harder to bypass than from a decade ago
