I have read the Account Deletion/Purge information provided in this section, including the statement that MPGH does not delete accounts and that Account Purges are now self-service.

I want to clarify that I am not requesting only an account deletion or an Account Purge.

I am an EU resident and I am requesting the erasure of personal data associated with my account under Article 17 GDPR, to the extent applicable.

I understand the distinction between deleting a forum account and erasing personal data. I am not asking MPGH to remove the account itself simply because I no longer wish to use it, nor am I necessarily requesting the deletion of every thread or post I have made.

MPGH's current Privacy Policy, updated June 2026, states:

“Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage much of this in your Account settings, or contact us to make a request.”

The self-service Account Purge does not appear to fulfil this request. The Purge page explicitly states that the account is renamed and permanently banned but that the email address is NOT changed.

Changing my email address before performing a purge would not constitute erasure either. It would merely replace one piece of personal data with another and would not establish whether historical email addresses, IP logs, account records, connection/device information or other personal data remain associated with the account.

I am therefore requesting that personal data associated with my account be erased or irreversibly anonymized where applicable and legally possible, including, where applicable:

current and historical email addresses;
date of birth;
profile/account information identifying me;
stored IP addresses and connection/device information;
personal information contained in non-public account data;
other personal data that can reasonably be associated with or used to identify me.

I understand that the right to erasure is not absolute and that MPGH may have a lawful basis or legal obligation to retain certain information.

For any personal data that MPGH determines cannot be erased or irreversibly anonymized, I would therefore appreciate being informed of the categories of data retained, the purpose and legal basis for retaining them, and the applicable retention period or the criteria used to determine it.

I would also specifically like confirmation of whether previous email addresses and historical IP addresses remain stored after an email change or Account Purge, and, if so, their retention period and legal basis.

Regarding public forum content, I have read your statement that posts and threads are generally not deleted. I am not asking for the destruction of discussions merely because I participated in them. Where such content needs to remain, I am requesting that personal information contained within it or linking it to my real-world identity be removed or anonymized where applicable.

Your Account Deletion thread states that users with further questions or concerns may post in this section, which is why I am submitting the request here.

Please do not ask me to publish my email address, identity documents, or other identifying information publicly. If identity/account verification is necessary, please provide a private and secure means of doing so.

Please confirm receipt of this request and explain how MPGH will process the personal-data erasure request separately from the self-service Account Purge.

If MPGH is unable to provide a means of exercising the data-protection rights described in its current Privacy Policy, I will consider the remedies available to me under applicable data-protection law.
