The internet is not the same

The internet is not the same… I have grown up with computers, technology and internet, but now I have noticed that everything seems to be wrong with me… There is no soul or satisfaction left… Maybe this happens because I am getting close to reach the age of 30 years old, but now everything seems wrong with me… I do not feel enthusiastic anymore and I have lost my motivation to work in the internet... I'm not blaming anyone is just everthing feels off and I think the internet changed its not the same place where I grew up

Agreed. In the age of AI and psyops, the internet has became a 0 trust society.

Might need to make MPGH a private and gated community to some degree.

This was bound to happen. The wider public uses the internet and now corporate interests have taken over the internet. We can push back but it's difficult with much of the internet being brainwashed by social media.

The days of Geocities were some good times. All things come to an end one way or the other. Its just an unfortunate eventuality.

I agree! The old internet felt a lot more free and open with little restrictions. Damn those chud ass suits.

It is just sad my young nephew will never know the early days of internet.
i told him the other day that we use to have to print out maps/directions, and he asked why I didn't just use google maps.....

dial up tone, AIM, Lime and Frost wire absolutely nuking the family computer. so many other things that made it REAL...gone.
Hell even old tv was better....there's thousands to choose from but its all shit...
bring back the 90s
