How do I get the hack working?

Hey,

I'm having a problem running this hack "External BoxEsp V4.32 Sniper Aimbot + Strings Esp (v1.1.195 compatible)".
This is what I do,
1. Open Steam and log in.
2. Open CoD MW2 Multiplayer.
3. Run the file "ExternalBoxEsp43.184.exe".

Then I get the following error "ExternalBoxEsp43.184.exe - Entry Point Not Found" which details as "The procedure entry point Direct3DCreate9Ex could not be located in the dynamic link library d3d9.dll"

Is anyone able to provide help as to how I can get this up and running, it would be much appreciated.

Is your OS XP? If its XP, this Hack only works with Vista and Windows7.

Yeah, I'm running XP.
Is there any that run via XP?
