Combine the effects from V1 without the arrows and place it into V2 with the circles and you got a bangin tag.

i think it would suit more if there was more action in the stock itself, like, it would look that the man is moving or smthing.
i like the effects, well done

In my opinion the efects look great in V1 but the render doesnt fits in very well. You should make an abstract thing of it, that would fit the bg way better i think

The circles aren't really flowing with the rest of the tag, and the guy needs to be brought out more
