Requesting scar L mod

i seen some mods which allow some guns to have no reload time. I was wondering if someone could make a mod for Scar L users in the game that would be epic. Oh and in the other mods the left hand is kinda covering the aim dot in the middle which kinda sucks because its hard to see where your shooting, so if someone could like move the hand lol
