Sniper Power

Hey!
I read something about that there were a petition about the power of the sniper... Was the power changed in the new patch?

Haven't played since it was updated, I will try and give you a feedback.

Yeh, i tryed with the M21 and shoot a guy in the stomach and i didnt get a one shot with it..

I tried Intervention with Cold-Blooded all the shots were 1shot=1kill, but I hit only the stomach and head, I also tried M21 it hasn't the power increased.
I don't think anything changed.
