Make any gun into knife error.

Okay, so I did everything that the guide said to for the guns to knife.

I used HxD, and I looked up pv-m4a1.ltb.

I changed the "0" into a c which turned the "30" into a "63" just like in the guide.

After that, I replaced the old .rez with the modified .rez, and started crossfire.

It loaded fine, no X-Trap errors whatsoever. However, when I try to enter a game, it shows me a black screen with an xm1014, 0:00 on the clock, and a minimap with nothing on it. Shortly after, I am kicked into the lobby. Can someone help me?

i get that randomly too.i think its just a side affect. try again and see if u get it

Sadly I don't get a black screen nothing happens to me >:/. I tried with M4A1, M16 and AK47. ):
