Hack or no Hack?

Today i was playing some FFA and i saw this guy and he was laying down like he was dead and was stilly shooting his gun. Im guessing its gotta be a Vip update for that crap site. But has anyone eles seen it? Tbo i think its a great idea only bad thing about it is ur name still shows red. Also def had speedhack was movn really fast.
