Are no reload and gun to knife the same?

I just wanted to ask you guys.

When you change the "0" and "30" into "c" and "63", that makes gun to knife.
When you change the "€" and "80" into "." and "00" that makes no reload.

When you make gun to knife, is that automatically no reload? And if you just do no reload, does that automatically make the gun to knife?

well.if your gun is set to a knife/last wep u had then it reloads instantly
