HALP!!! mising ca .dll file or sumthing!

DAMNIT! everytime i try to inject MPGHCA.dll it keeps saying im missing the MSVCR100.dll file
what i do noas? halp m3h pl0x!!!!!!!!111
i tried reinstalling ca and it still no workz halp me!
