im on my windows 7 laptop and i chaged the DLL to notepad and i cant chage it back it whount let me play with hacks so what shoude i do

Well Now When i ran it i said "Engine.exe-SystemError The Program Cant Start Because MSVCR100.dll is missing from your computer. wat do i do
