💬 New to Modding [ Beginner ]
OK Well i Learned How to Mod Textures of a Gun
Now im Hoping to Learn how to Change the Fire rate
i ahev Hex editor and Photoshop
But i prefer not using Hex editor because it
just doesnt feel right
I am Learning veyr well and now
i want to learn how to change fire rate

Sorry but personally we don't care and your going to get this a lot.
GO TO THE TUT SECTION AND LOOK IT UP!!

Also when all of us first started modding do you see us posting threads that we started? No..

personally i could care less about hex edditing cuz their is no video you almost need 1 for that but if you like to read and re read fine by me tut section helps a lil
