would you stay sane*if the planet was always night,or always day?(meaning either darkness 24/7 or light 24/7)

I'd prefer 24/7 darkness.

I pick light. You can always just close the blinds and sleep. Night, theres rapist crimes and shit. who the fuck wants that?

2 months if it was light 24/7
8 hours if it was night 24/7

Who could make artifical sun today?,and FYI no sun means you dont get vitamin D which is linked to brains general health.and to much sun means cancer or to much absorbtion of vitamin D.
