How much have you got to spend?

Of course that graphic card can run Modern Warfare 2! The lowest is the ATI X1650. I'm running a HD4670 and I'm playing on the highest settings. I'm pretty sure the graphic card can play the game fine. My graphic card is not that new but Modern Warfare 2 keeps recommending the wrong settings (the lowest). You should go for a HD5xxx series card because they have DirectX11 support while the HD4xxx don't.
