ON TOPIC: And might be, but firewall might be blocking part of the hack, so hope this helps too ^_^

UAC= user admin control, it basically controls the admin rights, so basically how to fix it is simple: start> control panel > User Accounts and Family Safety > User Account. Change User account setting and set it to lowest.

And for DEP:

Well i don't really know then, but this happens to me sometimes, but if it does, i just use another hack.
