Try downloading Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable (google it) don't forget to run remote dll as administrator

Are you sure you have the right version of the .net framework installed?

The only thing I can come up to after searching the internet is that for some reason it just doesn't run on your operating system, try another injector or run remotedll with compabilety mode(win xp, or 2000)
And be sure to download the new rar, as it may provide the change you need
