[RELEASE] Dump fixer

Since it seems that people are having problems fixing the sections on their dumps, I figured Id release my auto-dump-fixer.

How to use

Just drag the dumped file onto FixDump.

i could not get it to work..............sigh,

it gave me an error and i downloaded the missing DLL and then gave me another error.

ill post it when im up later.
