How do I get pro?

Hey guys just to first tell you, please don't flame here, feeling down already and don't need any more crap.

I know this is a weird post, but how do most people get head-shots all the time with like quick aiming.
Whenever I try to aim they are always super fast and beat me.
I know it's all skill, but damn how much? Is it to the point where I have no life?
I see a lot of people who are always Ace and impossible to kill, and are pro

Another question, how do people get all those ZP guns.
Because why would you spend so much money on a "free" game, and how do you get all that money?!
I'm guessing most of them are spoiled or have jobs, because my parents would never buy stupid things like that, and I'm barely under-aged for work.

No allowance ftw?

there is a tutorial here about starting to play crossfire
there are also sniping methods included in there (half scoping, hard scoping, quick scoping) but i cant find it i bet a nice person will post the link here if they find it

about the ZP
just go to z8 and do a bunch of free offers and hope they work
i got a bunch of ZP that way, (use FAKE info)
oh and either have a spam email account or go to mailinator(com) and get a temporary one
