How to unNOP opcodes in vb?

Example:
like say in my module for noping is nopx:
Now my question is how to unNOP it back? in auto assemble (cheat engine), u can use [disable] xxxxx.

nobody knows? >.>

Use WriteProcessMemory to rewrite the original bytes.
