Cracked ATTRIBUTES.rez

guys i just cracked the encrypted txt in the ATTRIBUTES.rez file, i only cracked the first file (ACTIVATETYPES.TXT) i have no idea how to use this though...

it looks like hex edit but i dont know any of that

on how to crack it you have to find the correct key to decrypt the file
