i have to defend key logger about the tuorial thing... its great that your watching/reading tutorials! keep reading them and keep improving, to this day i still read them.

i havnt seen the tutorial before but try and do your own stuff as well as the tutorial, i say never follow a tutorial to the T because your not using your own creativity

anyway, the render is stretched and low quality. your effects arnt bad...
your lighting and shading needs the most work, its obvious that youve either just got soft brushes and brushed black and white or youve dont a lighting effect filter. try disguising this, meaning blend it better.

also your render is very big in your sig, try making it smaller so it fits better
