its not hard if you have a virus program remove it and install it when you have update

turn off your anti-virus..

Just go to WarRock folder, delete the "RaR" file, and re-update.

Hey try install wr again or download it again. I have same problem 2days ago but it fixed if you download it again.

Maybe you should just wait like another 10-15 minutes and if it still doesn't work, reinstall your WarRock.
Or if reinstalling doesn't work, well you could go to the GamerFirst Forums.
