Alteriw stopped working

I was able to use Alteriw perfectly about 2 days ago, but i booted up my comp yesterday and tried running it and nothing happens, i thought my comp was being slow but I tried today and the same thing happened. Cursor shows something loading but then nothing happens and the cursor goes back to normal, help plz.

redownload, reupdate.. always try that first then come back.

I've already tried re-downloading everything, and have unplugged any new hardware I got in the past 2 days, still doesn't work...
