1-Open CCleaner.(Download if you still don't have it.)
2-Copy the information at the top.

go to ur pc makers website and re-install or upgrade(if Posible) your graphics card. if not, see of you are missing the Direct 3D file. thats what solved my problem

Try setting the compatibility to Windows 2000 or if you use Windows 7, try setting it to Vista 32-bit.

Yeah, I updated my video card drivers and the game runs better and more hacks work.
