🙁 modding skins mw2...

Hi all i am new here and i seen many nice and amaizing skins for mw2

i have mystery problem when i reskinned soldiers head and gloves they show in game only white.. strange because my weapon skins work soo all help is welcome TY./

you might be saving them as the wrong format as the weapons,
for example some weapons have "alpha channels" some don't, hence why you save it as a "D X T 1" for non-alpha channels, while if you do have them you save it as a "D X T 5".

If you could get it to work it would be really cool.
