Is this game full of hackers? Like does every game have at least 1?

nah sometimes there are hackers but u can kick for a reason .

I don't think so ; most of the hackers would be in recruit server or in a server open for everyone ...

Just pay some money 2 euro . so u can enter charlie channel and u wont find any hackers there .

Go to AvA if u dont like hackers.
