Game File Corrupt
Okay, whenever i try to connect to combat arms (Direct NA) it says cannot run game due to file being corrupt
any idea whats wrong?

Try running from Direct file or Combat Arms website
if none of those work, fix your mods.

YEah happened to me when using TeamX, it used to work fine. Oh well
It happens very often. Just keep trying and you'll fix it
