History is Rather Simple , Use StreamReader/Writer , Or you can Save a listbox setting.
My favorite was is with ASP.net to give a more (browser Feel) Professional feel like Chrome Does.
But all in all, there are 100's of 1000's of tutorials online and in this forum for making a browser/tabbed browser
