Release Permission ?

I have a small MOH Beta hack that includes nametags, and distance tags, Its coded by a good friend of mine not associated with any hack sites, Is it ok to release the hack here granted i have his permission ?

You can post anything you want. It needs screenshots, a virus scan (Jotti's malware scan), and a detailed description with instructions as to its use and function.

My signature has links to several of my exploits if you want an example.
