I think: "scr_xpscale 50000" but I didn't try it.

it its the multiplier factor
xpscale 2 in s nd d => 1000 per kill
if u want 50000 xp per kill in dom then uve to xpscale 1000
and btw u have to do thisd command in lobby (if ull do it ingame, the xp wont change)

Thanks but when it load it says awaiting connection 2 and then it go back to loby
