try asking on z8games forums ive never seen this before

U have to reinstall the game,I got the same error at some point.

Edit:Reopened,member of MPGH told me she/he might have another answer.

You have to install a video driver,Then install Directx preferably 9.0c or 10.I hoped it helped it did for me
